Astronauts from India, Hungary and Poland first went to ISS

For the first time, astronauts from India, Hungary and Poland flew to the International Space Station under the AX-4 commercial mission. This was reported by the Spacex Press Service.

On Tuesday, June 24, the Spacex Capsex capsule with the crew dragon capsule was launched from Cape Kanverral in the American State of Florida. The board is an Indian military pilot Shubshu Shula, Hungarian and Polish engineers Tibor Kapu and Glory Lich -vishnevsky, as well as former astronaut Peggy Witson.

The AX-4 Space mission on the ISS will last two weeks. Crew Dragon Capsule is expected that astronauts will arrive at the ISS on June 26. Mission participants will conduct many Experiments in the Iss -scientific.

According to the media, the flight costs about 70 million euros per passenger.

This is the fourth commercial mission of the space of the Axiom space, which is conducted in conjunction with NASA and Spacex. The first three missions took place in 2022-2024, and the latter lasted three weeks and became the longest commercial flight to space.

Throughout the history of the ISS, approximately 300 people visited the station, but astronauts from India, Hungary and Poland did not work at the station. At the same time, the representatives of these three countries were in space as part of the Soviet missions of the 1970-1980s.
