High officials of the justice ministry are exposed to the losses of budget funds. The defendants steal more than 10 million hryvnias on purchases.
The security service and NABU, with the assistance of the Minister of Justice, revealed the ex-mosquito of the Ministry of Justice and existing mugs in the losses of budget funds. It was reported by SBU personally, on Wednesday, August 6.
The defendants stole more than 10 million hryvnias in acquiring for digital modernization.
According to the case materials, the former Secretary of the State of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, as well as the current head departments and departmental, is involved in the transaction.
Officials provide budget funds provided for the purchase of server and software equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Justice. The hardware and software complex should ensure the modernization of the department’s electronic systems.
In 2021, the defendants began the conclusion of the contract with an affiliate private company for obtaining new servers and software for 19 million hryvnias for the Ministry of Justice. At the same time, the indicated cost of purchase is many times higher than the average market prices for these types of goods and services.
Thus, more than half the amount transferred from the budget to the accounts of the contractors were stolen by the scheme organizations.

The executive of the Ministry of Justice, the head and departmental department, as well as the three managers of an affiliate private company, has reported suspicion.
Investigation actions continue to hold all participants in the scheme. The attacks face 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Remember that in Transcarpathia, system robbery was declared 79.5 million hryvnias, and Bukovina 10 officials received suspicions for the waste of budget funds.
