The head of the supervisory board of Ukrenergo is an independent representative, Eppe Kofod, and his deputy is a representative from the state, Anatoly Guley.

Former Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod became the new head of the NEC supervisory board Ukrainergo. The company announced this on Friday, December 13.

Jeppe Kofod is a prominent Danish politician, former Member of the European Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs. As head of the Foreign Ministry, he visited Ukraine three times during the Russian invasion.
Anatoly Guley is a professor at the Western Ukrainian National University. Previously, co-chairman of the Expert Council at the National Bank, deputy head and head of the board of Oschadbank. For 10 years he was the head of the board of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

As you know, the board of directors Ukrainergo consists of seven people. In November, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed on four independent members. They were elected based on the results of a competition.
