Earlier, from August 20, the limit was to act on Kurilla – no more than 10 liters of fuel per person. Such restrictions began on August 17 on the Primorsky territory, while gas stations in the Trans -Bai -baalical territory of the Russian Federation and temporarily conquered Crimea introduced the sale of fuel to coupons.
As mentioned, the lack of fuel in Russia has arisen due to a series of shocks of drones in Russian refineries. In general, at least seven large factories were damaged, five of them stopped doing whole or in part, including novokuybyshevsky, Syzran, Volgograd, Saratov and Ryazan Refinery.
Due to deficiency, wholesale prices for gasoline have increased to a record of 72.6 thousand rubles per ton of AI-92 and 82.2 thousand-two tons of AI-95, 40-50% more than the beginning of the year.
To cover the deficiency, the Russian government banned the export of fuel from August 1, but additional volumes were not sufficient, therefore, according to Reuters’ resources, Russia may need to import fuel from Belarus.
