In most directions, the intensity of the battle has decreased, but the active front line has increased, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted.
In Ukraine, the active front line has increased recently. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky announced this on Tuesday, July 2, on Facebook following the results of a week’s work on the Eastern Front.
The Colonel General said that he visited almost all the brigades fighting in the directions of Pokrovsky, Kurakhovsky, Vremevsky, Toretsky, Kramatorsk, as well as in Volchansk and near Kharkov.
“Fierce fighting of varying intensity continues everywhere Compared to the previous trip two weeks ago, the direction of Toretsk has been added,” Syrsky wrote.
According to him, the situation in the direction of Pokrovsky remains difficult. The Russians replaced the shock units, whose assault troops had lost their combat effectiveness, and resumed offensive operations.
Syrsky emphasized that this area needs constant attention, as well as the provision of additional shells and firepower.
“In other directions, the intensity of the battle has decreased, and the active front line has increased,” added the commander-in-chief.
Syrsky believes that today the main problem of our commanders is staffing units with motivated and well-trained military personnel. Electronic warfare and air defense equipment must also be provided.
“At the same time, we have an advantage in the quantity and quality of combat copters, mainly bombers and FPV drones, and the skill of the operators who use them. This is the key to our success and saving the lives of fighters,” added Colonel General.
We remind you that on the day of July 1, about 1,300 Russian invaders were destroyed at the front. The total losses of the aggressor country Russia crossed the line of 545 thousand people.
