The corresponding decision was made during a meeting of the Council of Defense of the region Kharkiv, the press service of the Kharkiv OVA reports.
According to the decision, the commandant hour will last from 00.00 to 05.00. The changes will enter into force on the night of August 16 to August 17, the OVA says.
It is noted that this decision does not apply to the community of the region, where the local intensive commandant hour is introduced from the safety situation.
The introduction of such a decision in Kharkiv will allow entrepreneurs to increase the working hours that will have a positive impact on the region’s economic climate, ”said the head of the Kharkviv Obay Oleg Sinigubov.
It is also reported that in the region, as in previous years, law enforcement officers will work in a strengthened regime during the celebration of the National Flag and Independence Day of Ukraine, as well as on the day of the city hero of Kharkiv on August 23-24.
