It was loud in several regions due to the UAV attack. In particular, in the Oryol region, when repelling the attack, energy infrastructure facilities in the Glazunovsky and Sverdlovsk regions were damaged. Light partially disappeared in a number of settlements. This was stated by the Governor of the Oryol region Andrei Klichkov.
In the Kursk region, due to a drone strike in the village of Ponyri, power lines were damaged and the village was left without electricity.
The governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, said that drones were also shot down in the region. Two UAVs were allegedly neutralized in the Novoshakhtinsky and Kamensko-Shakhtinsky regions.
It was loud in the Krasnodar region too. Local residents wrote on social networks about three explosions 3 km from the village of Neftekachka, where the Afipsky Oil Refinery is located.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has already boastfully reported on the “destruction and interception” of 12 drones. Five UAVs were allegedly shot down in the Bryansk region, three in the Krasnodar region, two in the Rostov region and one each in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
Let us recall that on May 1, drones attacked the Ryazan oil refinery, located 460 km from the border with Ukraine. It is considered the third most powerful among Russian refineries and produces more than 17 million tons of oil per year.
