Ukrainians chose Anti -Corruption Group in Playcity

One of the main activities of activists is the development of proposals for changing the regulation of the gambling market and participating in the auditors of gambling and lottery organizations.

In the application Dia We chose an Anti -Corruption team that specializes in the Playcity Agency. The survey was attended by 57 176 citizens of Ukraine. This was reported by the Minzifra press service.

This is the first time the said organ is formed by a survey in Dia.

Activists will not be included in the Playcity team, but they will independently monitor transparency in deciding -making, controlling state agency activities and representing society’s interest in gambling business reform.

Citizens have been selected from 21 candidates from public organizations involved in the abstinence and opposition of corruption, the fight against game addiction, opposition to illegal gambling business.

They are not allowed to participate in the selection:

• current civil servants;

• citizen of the aggressive state;

• people with criminal records;

• owners, founders, workers or beneficiaries of the gambling business;

• Ukrainians who worked at the Playcity Agency or stole two years, and their relatives.

In addition, activists will choose the leader of the team and be able to start working. In the main tasks – to develop proposals for changes in the gambling market regulation and participate in evaluating the activities of gambling and lottery organizations.

According to Minzifra, the state’s budget is missing up to 10 billion UAH due to the shadow of the gambling and lottery market.

Remember that last year the government adopted a mandate on gambling restrictions and their advertising on the internet.

This year, the Playcity State Agency was created in March, which implemented the state policy in the field of gambling and lottery organizing.
