In January alone, 6.3 million tons of various cargoes were exported, which is almost equal to the pre-war level.
The Ukrainian corridor in the Black Sea has been operational for six months. During this period, 661 ships exported more than 20 million tons of cargo from Greater Odessa ports to 32 countries. This was announced by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure on Saturday, February 3.
It is indicated that 14.3 million tons are products of Ukrainian farmers, and the rest are other goods. At the same time, transshipment volumes continue to grow.
“In January, 6.3 million tons were exported, which is almost equal to the pre-war level. The ports are awaiting the arrival of another 104 ships, which should export more than 3 million tons of cargo,” the report said.
We remind you that, in contrast to the previously operating grain corridor, the new corridor accommodates ships not only with agricultural products, but also with other cargo – metal and containers.
