Most Ukrainians do not trust China to intervene

About 62% of Ukrainians surveyed do not trust China as a likely mediator during possible negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. This was announced by the head of the department Regional Security and Conflict Research Foundation Democratic initiatives named after Ilk Kucheriv Maria Zolkina at a press conference in Ukrinform.

At the same time, 22% of respondents are willing to entrust Beijing with such a role.

“Two-thirds of Ukrainians do not trust China in this matter, those who trust them are 22%. , the positions, let’s say, are not very optimistic for giving an appropriate role to China,” said Zolkina.
