As of 6:00 a.m. today, August 8, there are two enemy ships in the Black Sea. They are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles.
As of yesterday morning, August 7, there was one carrier of “calibers” in the Black Sea. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Navy.
There are currently no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
In the Mediterranean Sea there are two enemy ships, one of which is a carrier of “caliber” missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles.
It is noted that over the past 24 hours, the following vessels have passed through the Kerch Strait, which connects the Black and Azov Seas, in the interests of Russia:
- Five ships headed to the Black Sea, four of which continued moving in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov – 10 ships, two of which were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS), the Navy notes.
In the Black Sea, the Russians carried out a rotation of submarines.
