The Kremlin expects a few years to create a ready source of mobilization for future wars from these children.

3. Shvets Maxim Nikolaevich. The founder of the organization, the Force of Donbass, who implemented an indoctrination policy and the militarization of young people in the temporary occupied territory of the Ukraine Donetsk region through sports and martial arts’ events and training.
4. Busargin Roman Viktorovich – Governor of the Saratov region. In its position, it contributes to the forced integration of Ukrainian children in Russian society.
5. Lugovsky Ivan Konstantinovich – Director of the Sports of the Spartak Club and Vice President of So -Called “Federation of Combat Sambo DPR”. He enforces the policy of indocation and militarization of young people in the temporary occupied territory of the Ukraine Donetsk region.
6. Emelyanova Lidia Nikolaevna – the head of the So -called “Office of Guardianship and Trusteeship of the Administration of the City District of Torez.” Contributed to the eviction of Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation. His signatures are in most documents that determine future fate and Ukrainian children.
7. Panchenko Dmitry Gennadievich – Honorary President of the Sports Club, the Force of Donbass and Vice President of So -Called “Regional Judo DPR”. He enforces the policy of informed and militarization of youth in the Ukraine Donetsk region. Panchenko, as the owner of the Donetsk Club in Spartak, provides a place for Donbass’s “military-patriotic” events of power, for example, sports events dedicated to the memory of Russian-conquering liquid.
