The US presidential candidate said the parasite ate part of his brain

The politician admitted to mental problems, saying he had short-term and long-term memory loss due to a worm that ate part of his brain and then died.

A dead worm was found in the brain of independent US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., which probably ate part of his brain. The New York Times reported this on Wednesday, May 8.

The publication said that he personally said this about ten years ago during a divorce from his wife. In 2012, Kennedy told lawyers that a surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital tested his brain for memory problems and dizziness. He said the surgeon believed the problem was “caused by a worm that got into my brain and ate part of it and then died.”

“Obviously I have mental issues… I have short-term memory loss and I have long-term memory loss that affects me,” Kennedy said at the time.

His divorce from Mary Richardson Kennedy, the mother of Kennedy’s four youngest children, was a long legal battle. The case was not completed due to the fact that Richardson Kennedy committed suicide in 2012.

Witnesses claim that the current presidential candidate pressured his wife, refusing to give him financial support.

Today, 70-year-old Robert Kennedy Jr. health, fitness and healthy living at the center of his campaign.

His campaign spokeswoman Stephanie Speer said the problem was resolved more than 10 years ago and that he is in good physical and mental health.

It was previously reported that the nephew of US President John F. Kennedy, who was assassinated 60 years ago, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is running for President of the United States as an independent candidate.
