“We also prohibit the export to Russia of certain chemical substances used in the manufacture of electronics,” added the Canadian prime minister.
Trudeau also promised to transfer four additional Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
In addition, Canada announced on February 24 that it would provide Ukraine with $32 million in additional security assistance.
