Ukrainian singer Yulia Sanina shares her childhood memories. He published archival footage of his first performance in a televised singing competition.
In particular, the frontwoman of The Hardkiss posted a video on her Instagram page of the young artist performing George Benson’s song “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You” at a children’s singing competition in television at the Ukraine Palace of Culture.
According to him, his father translated this track into Ukrainian one night especially for the television competition, changing the content of the song and its text. As a result, nine-year-old Yulia won and received a TV as a prize.
The star believes that this is the beginning of his real singing career.
“Nothing can change my love for you.” This song has become special in my life. He specifically spoke about this killer performance on the show “Song of My Life.” After this performance, studying at a music school, jazz and good TV appeared in my life! In fact, I thank my parents for believing in me, and for the fact that in our small kitchen they allowed dreams to be born, brought them to life in every possible way and went on creative adventures with me ,” he wrote.
