Orecchiette with tomato sauce
Ingredients
- 10 tomatoes Ripe Italian cut in half
- 1/2 tea cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 250 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- water for cooking
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the water and lead to medium fire until it boils. Add salt and pasta and cook until tender. With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the pasta from the pan and set aside. In a blender, place the tomatoes and water and blend until you get a juice. Reserve.
In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the tomato juice, salt and black pepper and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lastly, add the sugar and mix well. Turn off the heat, pour the sauce over the orecchiettes and serve immediately.
Tip: serve garnished with grated cheese.
Powdered milk pudding

- 3 cups of tea sugar
- 3 tea cups of powdered milk
- 2 tea cups of water
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Syrup
- 1 tea cup of sugar
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the sugar for syrup and lead to low fire to melt, without stirring. After, pour the syrup over a form for pudding and spread it. Reserve. In a blender, place the sugar, powdered milk, water, eggs and cornstarch and beat until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Place the pudding over the mold with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie, for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait to cool down and take to the fridge for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
Cheese quiche
Ingredients
Pasta
- 250 g wheat flour
- 125 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of water
- salt to taste
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Filling
- 1 tea cup of milk
- 1 cup of tea milk cream
- 4 eggs
- 80 g mozzarella cheese
- 80 g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

In a container, place the wheat flour, butter, egg, salt and water and mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Afterwards, sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour and, with the help of a rolling pin, open the dough. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour with wheat flour and place the dough, filling the entire bottom and sides. Reserve.
Filling
In a container, place the eggs, milk and cream and, with the help of a fork, beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve. Cover the dough with the mozzarella cheese and place the mixture with the eggs over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Serve immediately.
Mousse with chocolate wafer
Ingredients
- 1 pack of cookie round chocolate
- 395 g condensed milk
- 500g sour cream
Method of preparation
Pique the cookies and book. In a blender, put the cream of milk and beat until you get a firm consistency. Whisking constantly, add the condensed milk and, lastly, the biscuits. Transfer the mixture to a platter and refrigerate until firm. Serve immediately.
