Success that transcends borders, BTS has already been to almost every continent in the world, having been to countries in North America, South America, Europe, Oceania and Asia, visiting different countries and cities while touring, giving interviews, and doing photo shoots throughout the group’s 11-year career.
In addition to business trips, there are also trips taken in the idols’ free time, as seen in ‘Are You Sure?!’, a Disney+ variety show starringJimin and Jungkooktwo of the youngest members of the group, in which the duo is accompanied carrying out various leisure activities in the United States, on Jeju Island, in South Korea, and in Sapporo, in Japan.
With dozens of stamps in the passport of RM, Jin, Sucks, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkookthe question arises: around the globe, what are BTS’ favorite cities? The answer came in a chat with BBC Radio 1 (via Observatório dos Famosos).
BTS’s Favorite Cities
On that occasion, Sucks mentioned London, the capital of England, as he declares himself a fan of local cinema and English football, having followed this content for years. “I’ve always liked London. I’ve watched a lot of British films and the Premier League since I was young.”
It is worth remembering that BTS has already been to the city a few times, including on June 1, 2019, as part of the BTS World Tour: Speak Yourself, where the 90,000 tickets for the show at Wembley Stadium sold out in just an hour and a half.
In the same conversation, Jin made everyone laugh when he mentioned the capital of his home country, South Korea. “I like Seoul better! Because the journey is short,” he joked.
Finally, V added, “Every city has its own charm, right? They’re all different, and that’s why we like them for their unique characteristics,” leading Suga to state, “It’s hard to choose just one [cidade favorita] because they were all amazing.”
