Polish minister of Polish Vladislav Kosineak-Kamysh said Poland did not plan to send his military to Ukraine after the end of the war under peacekeeping missions. On Wednesday, August 20, RMF 24 reports.

According to the minister, the Poland government sets the task of strengthening infrastructure and logistics for potential allied operations. The minister also emphasized that this position was agreed with NATO partners, and that the Allies fully supported it.
Kosinyak-Kamysh explained that Poland military personnel were involved in Poland to ensure the security of union troops in the country or performing activities in Ukraine. At the same time, he emphasized that the decision to stop the direct participation of the Poland military in Ukraine was a long -term and a co -operation of the Poland government and the population.
As the defense minister emphasized, in spite of this, Poland continues to play an active part in the support of Ukraine through the “Coalition of Decisive” – a group of countries that help fight Russian invasion. Kosinyak-Kamysh noted that Poland’s role as a strategic partner and organizer of logistics missions has been repeatedly discussed with representatives of France, Germany, Italy and Great Britain, knowing its importance for regional security.
Note that by the end of August, a strategic meeting was held in the White House with the participation of the President of Ukraine and the leaders of the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Finland, as well as the leadership of the European Commission and NATO. Security issues guaranteed for Ukraine were discussed.
Donald Trump has confirmed the United States’s readiness to participate in guarantees, but emphasized the need for further participation of European partners, while excluding the possibility of sending the US military to Ukraine.
It was also previously reported that the Prime Minister of Italy Georgia Melony had suggested an alternative format for collective assistance in Ukraine. His plan does not provide for NATO membership, but must contribute to strengthening the country’s security in military aggression conditions.
