Ukrainian exporters in 2024 gained access to 16 new foreign markets. This was reported by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
It was noted that the Ukrainian control system is recognized by the main trade partners, in particular China, Canada, USA, and EU countries. Over the past ten years, more than 30 relevant international assessments have been conducted.
According to the head of the State Food and Consumer Service Sergei Tkachuk, domestic honey can now be exported to China, and egg products to Canada. Cooperation with more than 60 countries around the world in the export of Ukrainian products of plant and animal origin also continues.
By 2024, Ukrainian producers have gained access to foreign markets for 16 product groups in nine countries:

poultry meal/feather/fish meal in Israel;

oils and fats for animal feed in Israel;

honey in China;

marine and river aquatic animals (fish, mollusks, crustaceans, echinoderms, including farms) and products from them in Kuwait;

poultry meat and poultry products in Bahrain;

mechanically deboned poultry meat in Bosnia and Herzegovina;

Canadian egg products;

canned pet food in Albania;
-
chewable items for pets in Albania;
-
equids registered for breeding and consumer purposes in Moldova;

semi-finished poultry meat products in Moldova;
-
integrated products in Moldova;
-
meat products intended for human consumption in Moldova;
-
veterinary health certificate for companion reptiles in Israel;
-
meat products intended for human consumption in Albania;
-
meat products in North Macedonia.
