Norway intends to open an office in Kyiv that will assist Norwegian businesses interested in participating in the restoration of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, European Pravda reports.

The office will coordinate work with the Norwegian Embassy and other Nordic partners.

According to Minister of Trade and Industry Cecilich Myrkur, Norway aims to launch such an office as soon as possible and is now considering how best to organize its work.

“The business community wants someone on the ground in Kyiv who can provide support and coordination to the efforts of Norwegian businesses… This will be an important addition to all the good work that Norwegian businessmen have already done for Ukraine,” Myrkur said.

We remind you that the Norwegian Parliament supports an increase in support for Ukraine up to 35 billion Norwegian kroner ($3.16 billion) by 2025.

It has also been reported that Ukraine and Norway have agreed to produce weapons.
