At the same time, the rate of price growth in the real estate market has slowed down. In the second quarter of 2024, compared to the first quarter, prices for apartments increased by only 0.5%, while in the secondary market they decreased.
In the second quarter of 2024, residential real estate prices in Ukraine increased by an average of 10.0% compared to the same period last year. Apartments in the main market have increased in price the most. This is confirmed by data from the State Statistics Service.
Thus, prices for apartments in the primary market increased by 12.6% over the year, while in the secondary market – by 8.7%.
In particular, one-room apartments increased in price in the primary market by 12.8%, and in the secondary market by 9.0%. Two-room apartments in the primary market increased in price by 12.8%, and in the secondary market – by 8.8%. Three-room apartments in the primary market increased in price by 12.5%, and in the secondary market – by 8.7%.
