The head of the state has made a highly announced statement based on the results of the NABU director’s reports of Krivonos and the leader of SAP Alexander Klimenko.
Anti -corruption bodies have been discovered in a bribe of people’s deputy, as well as leaders of district and city administrations, military personnel of the National Guard. This was announced by President Vladimir Zelensky on Telegram on Saturday, August 2.
He said he has now heard reports of the Director of Nabu Krivonos and the head of SAP Alexander Klimnko.
“One of the representatives of the people of Ukraine, the leaders of the district and city administrations, Ukraine’s national guard military staff, was also declared on a bribe. Thanks to anti -corruption bodies for the job,” wrote the head of the state.
Zelensky emphasized that “can only be zero tolerance to corruption, a clear teamwork to reveal corruption and, as a result, a fair sentence.”
He also said that the “Anti -Corruption Institution works independently, and the law adopted on Thursday guarantees them all the possibilities for real corruption resistance.”
As you know, on July 22, Verkhovna Rada voted for Bill No. 12414 in the second reading and limited independence of NABU and SAP. This caused protests in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. At first, people asked to treat the law, and then cancel.
On July 24, against the remembrance of Western partners, Zelensky introduced a Rada bill, which provides for the cancellation of previous law’s restrictions.
On July 31, Verkhovna Rada supported Presidential Bill No. 13533 to restore the independence of Nabu and SAP. On the same day, the head of the state signed a document.
