Republican Donald Trump says he has agreed to three presidential debates in September. He is awaiting a response from Democrat Kamala Harris’ campaign.
We agreed with Fox on September 4, we agreed with NBC… September 10, and we agreed with ABC on September 25,” Trump said at a press conference in Florida, Radio Liberty reports.
President Joe Biden said on August 7 that he is not confident that there will be a peaceful transfer of power in the United States if Republican nominee Donald Trump loses the November 5 presidential election, Voice of America reports.
“He means what he says. That we don’t take him seriously. He’s been upfront about it — all these things that if we lose, there’s going to be bloodshed,” Biden told CBS News when asked if he thought the U.S. would have a peaceful transition of power after the presidential election.
In March of this year, Donald Trump, while visiting Ohio during the campaign, warned of a “bloodbath” if he did not win the election. At the time, Trump was discussing the need to shield the U.S. auto industry from foreign competition.
He later claimed that he was referring to the automobile industry when he used the term.
Let us recall that the US presidential elections will be held on November 5, 2024.
