The Ministry of Defense announced new functions for the Reserve+ application. Deputy Minister for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogonko said that the application will soon have up to 1.5 million updated data.

On June 18, an electronic military registration document will appear in the application, the validity of which can be checked via a QR code. For this purpose, the TCC or the police do not require readers; the validity of the code can be verified directly through the QR code scanner in the application.
Chernogorenko also answered the most common questions regarding the work of “Reserve+”.
Myth 1: Application has no legal status; it is not mentioned in the legislation.
The electronic account of the person liable for military service is implemented in the format of the Reserve+ application.
The operation of the application is regulated by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 10, 2024 and the order of the Minister of Defense on the creation of an information and communication system for access to the electronic military account.
Myth 2: The application does not work properly because it displays incorrect data.
Reserve+ pulls data from the Amulet registry, which contains errors as a result of the human factor. The DoD team plans to miss the opportunity to report the problem directly in the app. This way, citizens will be able to report online that their data is incorrect and start the updating process.
Thanks to the application, we discovered a problem – there were 710,000 citizens on the “baseless” wanted list. We eliminated these inaccuracies – and citizens received an email and push message that the application now displays an updated status.
Myth 3: Screenshots of leaked military data are already online. Was the data leaked?
No. This is fake information and IPSO from the enemy.
The Ministry of Defense conducted an inspection and found that the citizens whose data was allegedly floating around the network had never logged into Reserve+. Leakage is impossible in any case. Reserve+ only pulls up data from the register of oberegs liable for military service.
The register does not collect information about military units and the current rank of military personnel. This is a register of military personnel, conscripts and reservists. The network cannot be accessed via the Internet, only through secure channels.
Myth 4. The application was created with budget funds.
No. Financing was carried out without attracting government funds. The Ministry of Defense received the software under a charitable donation agreement from a non-profit organization.
Myth 5. Citizens will not be able to prove that they updated their data in Reserve+.
After the update, the information immediately goes into the Oberig register.
