Unfair distribution

Rakhmanin draws attention to the peculiarities of the staffing of various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For example, according to him, in the Ukrainian army in each formation there are repair and restoration units – units that should take care of repair and restoration of military equipment and weapons.

“Most of them are 100% staffed in teams, despite the fact that they often do not have the necessary equipment for repairs; The people who are there often have no skills; and the necessary amount of equipment or weapons is also not there. Relatively speaking, according to the states (still old, Soviet) all people have appropriate qualifications for repair, for example, BRDM-2 or D-20, or D-30, followed by artillery, but in fact, the units were equipped with Western equipment. where there is no repair base, and the military personnel do not have the appropriate skills, but this unit is 100% staffed, for example, “the people’s deputy stated.

Also, according to him, there is, for example, a unit that deals with air defense, which is also 100% personnel, but it does not have weapons for destruction.

“For example, there is a limited number of MANPADS and no means of destruction. But it’s complete. And this unit does not directly participate in battles, but it is deployed in the necessary number, but is not effectively used,” said Rakhmanin.

President Vladimir Zelensky also drew attention to the peculiarities of the distribution of people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in his press conference. Zelensky said it was necessary to find out “who is in the offices, why there, how many people were mobilized, what percentage of them were at the front.”
