On the night of February 13, the enemy launched 23 attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia and Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea. Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups repelled the attack. 16 Shaheds were destroyed within the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on February 13 in Telegram.
In particular, 10 Shaheds were shot down in the Dnepropetrovsk region. As the head of the OVA Sergei Lysak reported on Telegram, they were landed in the Dnieper region. However, there were several hits in the regional center itself. An energy facility was under attack. A fire broke out, which was put out by rescuers. The invaders also hit an infrastructure facility.
Let us remind you that on February 11, fragments of a Russian Shahed-type drone were discovered on the territory of Moldova. The wreckage of the UAV was found near the village of Etulia, Vulcanesti district, near the Moldovan-Ukrainian border. Moldovan authorities believe that the discovered drone debris is one of the Russian drones shot down by the Ukrainian air defense system on the night of February 9-10.
