The Russian occupiers not only carried out evacuation work, but also prevented the independent evacuation of residents of the occupied territories.
Russia barely conducts the evacuation of people in the occupied territory who suffered from flooding after the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, but provides relevant Ukrainian information published by the Ukrainian military, border guards, volunteers and savior as their occupation. Andrey Demchenko, a representative of the State Border Guard Service, announced this on the air of the telethon.
“The cynicism of the Russian side goes out of scale, because we see that they are not evacuating people in the required number, instead they are using personnel, including the State Border Guard Service, passing them off as their himself,” said Demchenko.
It was reported that the units of the State Border Guard Service, involved in the evacuation of the victims, evacuated about 100 people.
“Over the past day, there were 15 such units. In addition, aerial reconnaissance units were also attached to identify people who need help,” the speaker added.
Demchenko also said that the bullets, which, along with fragments of household items, were brought to the Black Sea by water from the Kakhovka reservoir, exploded uncontrollably on the coast, and urged citizens not to take of anything from water alone.
“Our border patrols have repeatedly discovered mines on the coast, therefore, like other government agencies, I will make an appeal to the citizens: do not try to remove these things from the water alone, they explode even more, but let the pyrotechnicians know. Because we also record uncontrolled explosions that occur in water due to the fact that explosive objects explode themselves, colliding with other things,” Demchenko said.
Sea water carries not only fireworks and household items, but also trees, houses, buildings, dead people and animals.
It was previously reported that the Russians do not allow evacuation from floods in the occupied territories.
