Japanese authorities are investigating a network of people taking photos and videos without consent in open-air hot springs, who are estimated to have taken pictures of about 10,000 women over 30 years.

The 31-year-old man, a senior national intelligence officer, is one of sixteen detainees who allegedly formed a group led by a suspect known as Karin Saito.
The leader of this alleged voyeuristic network was arrested in late 2021, charged with assault on public decency and is awaiting trial, while other members could also be charged with rape laws against pornography children’sThis is reported by the Japanese newspaper Asahi.
Saito would share his methods of taking photo And video without the consent of their victims with other members of the group, who also held meetings to review their “stolen” materials, according to information that emerged from investigation.
