The Pechersky District Court of KYIV has selected a prevention proposal in the form of restraint to the NABU unit head, which is suspected of helping. This was known by the General Prosecutor’s office on Tuesday.
The prevention proposal is determined without an alternative to the deposit. The term of restraint is until September 16th.
According to the investigation, the suspect, which relates to NABU’s activities in the front areas, maintains contacts with representatives of the Russian Federation economic sector. He contributed to the illegal export of technical hemp in the Republic of Dagestan, acting as an intermediary between Russian consumers and his businessman, who had organized the illegal cultivation of these products.
Thus, the investigators believe that the suspect ensured the functioning of the illegal trade procedure in the state of aggressiveness, in fact contributed to conducting economic activities in the interests of the Russian Federation.
The suspect’s connections to the former People’s Fedor Khristenko representative, who is currently hiding abroad, cooperating with Russia’s special services, has been documented and influenced by individual NABU officials.
Earlier it was learned that law enforcement officials were confined to one of the leaders of the interregional departments of NABU detectives Ruslan Magamedrasulov on suspicion of doing business in Russia.
Remember that NABU detectives have conducted searches. The SBU and the General Prosecutor’s office conducted a special operation to neutralize Russia’s influence on NABU.
