China launched a new Earth remote sensing satellite, Yunhai-3 02, into space on the morning of March 27, which will make it possible to predict natural disasters with higher accuracy and prevent their catastrophic consequences. This was reported by Xinhua.
The spacecraft was launched into low-Earth orbit by a modified Long March-6 launch vehicle, launched from the Taiyuan Cosmodrome in northern Shanxi province at 6:51 local time (0:51 Kiev time). This launch was the 514th mission for the Changzheng series launch vehicles.
