Kobylash and Skitsky in Absentia have reported suspicion of war crimes related to deliberate murder under part 2 of art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The department recalled that the Russians were not the first to appear in the security service of the Russian war crime commission against the civilian population and the critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
Earlier, the security service was collected evidence for three more Russian criminal wars involved in killing the civilian population during the temporary seizure of part of the KYIV region.
It is noteworthy that the SBU announced the suspicion of a Russian Federation military personnel, who in January was shot dead by two captives of Ukrainian fighters in Kurshchina.
