Commission on Parliamentary Ethics On Monday night, she unanimously approved an ex officio complaint against Rep. Cathy Ugarte Mamani for allegedly taking pay cuts for her office workers.

Meanwhile, the National Attorney’s Office today launched a preliminary investigation into Congresswoman Kathy Ugarte as allegedly guilty of extortion over alleged unsubstantiated charges she may have made against her office workers.

Also involved in this investigation is Wilber Sylvester Felices Villafuerte, a trustee of the legislator who received money to pay for the media. Cuscoas an alleged accomplice in the aforementioned crime.
