Now the main stages can be performed similarly, and work to start until the end of the review. Also speed up payments under the “Hospitual” program.
The Ukraine government has simplified the procedure for the restoration of housing after the massive seizure of KYIV. The corresponding decision was made during a rare cabinet meeting on Saturday, on August 2, Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko said.
According to him, after the next KYIV seizure, the government launched an additional mechanism, allowing the community to restore damaged housing faster. In particular, apartment and hostel buildings.
“The procedure is simplified: the main stages can be performed similarly, and the work begins before the examination is completed. All actions are recorded in the electronic system, and the responsibility for deadlines and quality is in the field,” the report said.
The prime minister made it clear that the restoration would be funded from local budgets or international assistance. In addition, there is a decision to speed up payments under the “Hospitual” program.
“Separately, the government’s decision provides the possibility of target payments from local budgets to families that have damaged housing, compensation for temporary residence costs – until the completion of the new housing is completed,” the cabinet leader informs.
Sviridenko added that such payment can be funded from the local budget by deciding the community.
Remember that on the night of July 31, the Russians made a huge attack on Kyiv through drones and missiles. In the Svyatoshinsky district, the entrance of nine buildings was destroyed. In general, 31 people died that day, including 5 children. Another 159 people were injured, including 16 children. At least 100 buildings were damaged, including schools, kindergartens, hospitals, universities.
