The Ministry of Culture (Minkul), in a statement released today, Saturday, deplored the statements made by the congressman from people’s strengthJuan Carlos Lizarzaburu, who last Thursday during the plenary session referred to viphalaa flag used by several indigenous peoples in a derogatory manner.
