The government has determined the mechanism to pay for help to the families of dead volunteers.

On Wednesday, July 30, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for appointing and paying financial assistance at one time for certain categories of persons from among the family members of the dead (dead) defenders and defenders of Ukraine. This required amendments to the law “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection.” This was reported to the web session of the government.

It is noted that payments provided for families volunteers who died:

• from February 24 to March 25, 2022 – without clarifying the territory of death;
• Since March 26, 2022 – provided that death occurred on the territory of the hostilities determined in the corresponding list.

One family provides a payment of 15 million US dollars. Money will be paid for two stages. The first payment will be immediately 1/5 of the amount, and the rest will be paid in equal parts for 40 months.

You can apply for help with a regular or e -mail. You do not need to duplicate documents if there are information in state registers.

After that, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs takes the following steps:

• Asks for previous payments;
• You can hear applicants, witnesses;
• Decides within 1 month.

We will recall that in June, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced one -time of help to some categories of children. Minors who return from the occupied territories or after deportation will pay 50 thousand UH.

A fraudster for 25 thousand euros promised to hire a girl for a leading position in the office of the Prosecutor General.

In Dnieper, police exposed a 62-year-old man who promised assistance in work for the post of deputy head of one of the departments of the Prosecutor General. The attacker convinced that he supposedly had to related to the “first persons of the office” and could solve the problem of work both in the office and in the structural units of regional prosecutors. On July 30, the office of the Prosecutor General reported this in Telegram.

The fraudster asked for 25 thousand euros for his “services”. Of this amount, he wanted 15 thousand at once and 10 thousand after his appointment. For the conspiracy purposes, the man asked to transfer money to crypto -enemants, and not personally in his hands.

He was detained after transferring part of the amount. It is expected that the detainee will be informed of suspicion of a complete attempt on fraud and in a complete attempt to incite before providing excessive benefits to the employee who is responsible – part 2 of art. 15 hours 5 art. 190, part 4 art. 27 hours 2 arts 15 hours 3 art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

OGP emphasized that the detainee was accused of other criminal proceedings for committing such a crime. He also offered employment for a defense company for money.

We recall that a group of scammers from the Cherkasy region released themselves for the military and gathered to assume that they are allegedly for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In this way, scammers appropriated more than $ 2.5 million, and spent money on their own needs.
