Photographic exhibition at Galeria Solar do Ferrão highlights the diversity and resilience of love
Among the stories highlighted in the exhibition is that of Teté and Eva Carreira, a lesbian couple who met in 2019. They describe their connection as “love at first sight” and decided to get married just 15 days after meeting, in an intimate ceremony in Ribeira, where only the brides and the photographer were present.
The exhibition values queer culture and seeks to capture and convey the feeling of love between people, celebrating the resilience of LGBT+ love and challenging stereotypes. The exhibition will be an opportunity for the public to learn about and be moved by the different forms of love present in the community.
Admission to the exhibition is free, and the official opening will take place on September 2. Interested parties from other states can also participate by filling out a specific form. For more information, the contact number is (71) 99989-4748.
