In addition to commenting on the job market, the actress commented on the PL that plans to prohibit marriage for LGBTQIAPN+ people in Brazil
Nany People58 years old, commented on his show Nany is Pop! which premieres this week in Rio de Janeiro. In conversation with Veja magazine, the actress spoke about trevestis in dramaturgy and commented on the PL that aims to prohibit marriage between LGBTQIAPN+ people in the country.
“There is a generation that thinks life happened after they invented Tik Tok. What moves me most are young people recognizing me, thanking me.”said the artist.
Regarding transvestites in the audiovisual market, Nany said: “I think that not only has it increased, but now we have achieved respectability even in the work environment itself. I made five audiovisuals in less than six months.”
“I made a film called There’ll Be Change, where I play a deconstructed maid. I made One Day Five Stars, where I play a cis mother… The market has expanded a lot. We are being seen, heard and respected, although the road is long”, he spoke.
Regarding the PL that intends to prohibit marriage between people of the same gender, Nany lamented: “This is a smokescreen that the evangelical bench raises, about the morality of the law of good customs. I assure you that I know a lot of evangelical pastors who do things that not even the devil knows how to do.”
“So there is this curtain, of going back on something that is constitutional. And trying to change this law is like saying that racism does not exist. You directly violate the right to be, be, remain and stay in a society”, he spoke.
“Neither are they standards of example. They do this to distract the population from much more important things that we have to think about,” concluded.
