shrimp salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 pack leaves arugula

- 250 g of shrimp

- 1 mango cut into pieces
- 1/2 avocado cut into pieces
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet and let cook for 10 minutes. Then, remove the lid from the skillet and let the shrimp fry until it reaches a slightly golden color. In a salad bowl, mix the arugula leaves and spinach with shrimp, mango, avocado and Brazil nuts. In a container, mix the yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Serve the dressing over the salad.
traditional octopus
Ingredients
- 1 kg of octopus
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and paprika to taste
- water to boil
Method of preparation
Wash the octopus, place it in a pan, cover with water and place over medium heat. Cook for approximately 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let the octopus cool. Then remove the suction cups from the octopus. In a pan, put the oil and lead to medium fire. Add the lemon juice, onion, parsley and sauté. Add the salt, kingdom pepper, paprika and mix. - 1 cup Madeira wine
- 1 coffee cup olive oil

Method of preparation
