The meeting of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin remains the number one theme in the world this week.

The White House published a meeting of today’s current US president Donald Trump and Russian head Vladimir Putin at a summit in Anchorida City in Alaska. Reuters reported this Friday, August 15.

Trump’s meeting with Putin will take place on Friday at 11:00 local time (22:00 at KYIV) in Anchorida.

Trump will go from the White House at 6:45 pm to Eastern American Time (13:45 in Kyiv) on Friday and leave Anchorida at 17:45 (04:45 on Saturday at KYIV) by local time of the same day. Back to the White House was scheduled for Saturday morning, August 16th.

Remember that today in Alaska a summit of the leaders of the United States and Russia will be held. During the meeting, Trump and Putin will discuss options for the end of the war in Ukraine.

In the case of successful negotiations, until the end of next week, a tripartite meeting was planned along with the participation of Trump, Putin and President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. In the event of a failure of negotiations today, Trump announced his willingness to impose new sanctions against Russia.
