  • salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Filling

  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 340 g canned corn
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • Salt and oil to taste

Method of preparation

Pasta

In a blender, place the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, salt and wheat flour and beat until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Add the chemical yeast and beat again for another 1 minute. Reserve.

Filling

In a pan, put the oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the pepper and tomato and sauté until the water dries up. Add the chicken and green corn and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Reserve.

Assembly

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of spinach tea
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup of tea ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Salt, olive oil and ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 coffee spoon of sweet paprika

Method of preparation

  • 300 g sausage cut into slices
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 340 g canned peas
  • 340 g canned corn
  • 2 skinless and chopped tomatoes
  • Salt, oregano and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the milk, wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, oil, eggs and chemical yeast and beat until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Add salt and whisk again to mix. Reserve.

In a container, place the sausage, the onion, the pea, the green corn, the tomatoes, the oregano, the salt and the green smell and mix well. Reserve. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour it with wheat flour. Pour half the dough over the baking sheet, spread the filling and cover with the rest of the dough.
