On June 20, Madame Figaro delighted literature lovers by launching a new project called Madame Figaro Collections. The concept. In this new genre literary show, writers, actors, directors and other famous figures gather around a topic to discuss their relationship with books and what it brings to their daily lives.

Readings, talks, exchanges with the public… Madame Figaro Collections aims to follow literary highlights throughout the year. Specifically, this gives a program of 4 chapters, embodied and animated by the journalists of the editorial staff of Madame Figaro, who receive prestigious guests with the complicity of the house of Chanel.

Second chapter. “New Voices of Poetry”

The second edition of this show will be held on September 19. On this occasion, Madame Figaro journalists will welcome two exclusive guests for an engaging moment of exchange: Chloé Deschamps (@aquoibonlespoetes) and Clémentine Mélois (@clemelois).

The former, who has 18,000 followers on his Instagram, is a famous French literary editor who has worked for Editions Grasset for ten years. The young woman, with a double MA in comparative literature and political and ethical philosophy, publishes texts of all genres: novels, nonfiction, short stories, essays, and poetry.

As for Clementine Melois, the French visual artist and writer is also very popular on social media, amassing no less than 26,000 followers on Instagram. Author of several successful books, he also contributes to the magazines Mon Lapin Quotidien (L’Association), Le Courage (Éditions Grasset) and feu Le Tigre… His works combine both pop culture and classical culture, web culture and art history. , an interesting game about photography and publishing codes.

The two women will therefore be present to share their experiences and interact with our readers during a program that already promises to be exceptional.
