During his meeting today, August 19, the opinion of 290 people supported in the first reading the draft Law No. 13532 “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on supporting families with children and creating conditions that contribute to the combination of paternity with professional activities”.
The deputy people Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this in his telegram.
This account provides:
- Large payments at birth and only payment at the birth of the first, second or any subsequent child will increase to 50 thousand dollars. Previously, this amount amounted to 41 thousand 280 UAH, of which some were paid monthly. Now – one amount;
- Children’s package will remain, but will become more flexible. If earlier this set could only be obtained after the birth of a child, now it can be ordered from 36 weeks of pregnancy;
- Monthly prenatal assistance – 7 thousand atm. If a pregnant woman has no insurance experience (officially does not work), she will pay monthly at 7 thousand US dollars during pregnancy;
- 7 thousand dollars per month for up to one year. If mom, dad or grandparents stay at home to take care of the child for up to one year – the staff will pay for help (it is planned to be 7 thousand dollars a month);
- Eyiala is the help of parents returning to work. If one of the parents went to work after the child is one year, you can get compensation for kindergartens (up to 8 thousand dollars a month). Or the staff will pay for the parent, who remains at home with the child in a year, ESA, so that pension insurance is not lost;
- The “Student Pack” is introduced -a single payment payment to each first. It provides 5 thousand dollars to buy things in school, without attachment to family income.
It is expected that this bill will create conditions for overcoming negative demographic trends – in particular, will help increase the birth rate and combination of paternity for parents.
The above steps will strengthen the support of families with children and encourage parents to work, as well as stimulate the development of a network of private preschool educational institutions, the note said with the billing.
