The production of this first album was obvious to me. I did not decide to be an artist, this choice forced me. I started playing the piano at the age of 13, and singing came right after. Since then I have been fascinated by music and the power of language. I’m lucky to have a father who is a visual artist who I watch relentlessly create. He encouraged me to sculpt words and sounds. I would like to dance in this wonderful storm and pass it like a ray of light.
My situation at the moment?
I am happy and a little stunned. I wanted to be discovered as an artist, but I did not expect to go from the role of a quasi-unknown to a promise. I worked day and night on this record for three and a half years, with great moments of despair. The glow with which my work is greeted has given meaning to these moments of doubt.
I felt bad, I couldn’t express myself. I decided to evolve by finding my narrative through song.

I deeply love the staging, the lights, the choreography of the gestures. I trained in classical and contemporary dance until I was 18, my sister is a choreographer and I am passionate about theatre. I am inspired by the performances of artists such as Jacques Brel – his whole body became a stage when he sang – or the German band Kraftwerk, who flooded the audience with cascades of visual electronic sounds, resulting in the feeling of being placed in orbit. mind and body.

On the contrary, I love it. They told me, “You will repeat the same sentences a hundred times.” But the variety of questions I’m asked pushes me to go down paths I sometimes haven’t taken. They force me to delve into my past, to understand the next step. I’d like to talk more about the design details because this is where it gets interesting.

I’m often amazed at the nastiness that spreads on social media and how unrestricted, unmanageable it is. This is a problem that mainly concerns my generation. We read offensive comments, sometimes close to harassment, which indicate discomfort.
