Fierce fighting continues in eastern Ukraine. In the Kupyansky, Limansky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions, 29 clashes took place during the day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the morning report on Sunday, June 25.

The military recalled that yesterday the Russians launched a missile attack on the territory of Ukraine, using 40 Kh-101 / Kh-555 cruise missiles, nine Kh-22 missiles, two Kalibr sea-based missiles, two S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles and three Shahed drones.

Air defense forces shot down 40 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles, one Kalibr cruise missile and three Shahed attack drones. Russian terrorists sent X-22 missiles to the cities of Dnipro and Krivoy Rog.

As a result of the Russian terrorist attack, unfortunately, there are dead and injured civilians, among whom there are children with moderate injuries, dozens of private houses, civil utility buildings, more than 50 private civilian vehicles were completely destroyed and damaged.

In total, over the past day, the enemy launched 53 missiles and 15 air strikes, and also made about 50 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and settlements.

In this regard, in the past day, Defense Forces aircraft delivered 18 strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas and destroyed an enemy anti-aircraft missile system. Our defenders also destroyed six reconnaissance UAVs.

Over the past day, missile and artillery units hit a Strela anti-aircraft missile system, three areas of concentration of military personnel and equipment, 12 guns in firing positions and two electronic warfare stations of the enemy.

It will be remembered that yesterday the Eastern Group of Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an offensive in several directions at the same time. This is what Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said.
