Companies suffer not only from a lack of qualified specialists, but also from the inability to predict work, the EBA says.
Suspension of employee bookings has become a critical business issue that can lead to business closures. A corresponding statement was released by the European Business Association (EBA).
It has been indicated that in recent weeks there has been an increase in requests from entrepreneurs who cannot reconfirm their criticality to continue booking for employees.
“The problem is becoming systemic, in fact, the decision to reconfirm the status of a critically important business remains only in the hands of the relevant authorities,” the statement said.
The association points to the need for a predictable personnel policy: “Both business and the Defense Forces need people. Achieving a balance between these needs is not an easy task, but is crucial for our ability to defense and economic stability.
EVA says that companies suffer not only from a lack of qualified specialists, but also from the inability to predict work.
“We are talking about the risk of mobilizing critical specialists, for example, operators of specific equipment or specialists with unique knowledge, without which production processes/business operations may be delayed or stopped,” the emphasis of association.
Provided that economic reservations are not yet accepted, and reservations based on criticality are paused, companies are effectively eliminating the possibility of personnel planning, the EBA summarized.
Earlier it was learned that the Cabinet of Ministers has suspended the reservation of business workers until mid-November. Correspondent.net I wondered why this decision was made.
