    In the Kharkov region, a mandatory evacuation of civilians from Kupyansk and nearby communities was announced.

    The occupiers are aggravating the situation in the Kupyansk direction. In order to protect the residents of the community, a decision was made to intensify the evacuation of the civilian population in the Kupyansky district, including in the city of Kupyansk, noted Oleg Sinegubov, chairman of the Kharkov OVA, on the telethon.
