According to him, we are talking about four groups of agricultural exports – wheat, rapeseed, sunflower and corn.
“Ukraine presented this mechanism as part of a plan to solve the grain crisis, supported by the European Commission. Four countries worked through the Ukrainian plan, expressed their constructive comments and suggestions and are ready to in the discussion. And only one state is against it. Unfortunately, we have no logical reason for this, no economic explanation,” he wrote.
The Prime Minister did not specify which country does not support the mechanism proposed by Ukraine to control the export of Ukrainian grain.
According to him, Ukraine is preparing relevant export verification documents to Romania and Bulgaria.
Shmygal thanked these two countries for not violating EU trade rules and association agreements and not introducing unilateral restrictions against the import of our agricultural products.
Earlier, President Vladimir Zelensky spoke about the situation with grain. According to him, Ukraine is gradually “getting rid of emotions” on the subject of grain export.
