Fedorov announced an improvement in mobile communications

The network will appear faster where it is not new – in the villages and the most distant corners of the country, on tracks, as well as in de -ukrainian territories.

In Ukraine, the conditions for the development of mobile communications are simplified, the lawful law is signed by President Vladimir Zelensky. The first Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov on Tuesday, August 5, said what changes in Ukrainians are waiting today.

According to him, the document must accelerate the construction of mobile networks in the country.

“We continue to move to an ambitious goal – to provide 98% of the high mobile connection population by 2030. Law No. 4321 is an important step for its achievement,” Fedorov said.

He noted that the document provides for deregulation in Telecom Sphere at the legislative level:

  • reduction in terms of receiving plots for the construction of base stations from 6 to 3 months;

  • Legislative integration -Includes the ability to use mobile base stations without the risk of dismantling -it is especially important to restore communication after hate.

Fedorov added that by entering the law force, mobile communications will appear faster where they are not yet, in the villages and in the country’s farthest corners, on tracks, as well as in de -ukrainian territories.

Keep in mind that Ukraine from January 1, 2026 will join the EU roaming zone, which will freely use mobile communications in the European Union at no additional cost.
