In the past 24 hours, the Russian army has attacked more than ten Ukrainian regions. Restoration of their territory is currently underway. This was announced on Tuesday, October 18, by President Volodymyr Zelensky in a video message.

Zelensky said that the enemy hit the infrastructure and now, as far as possible, the accelerated restoration continues.
At the same time, he emphasized that the general situation requires conscious consumption of electricity and the limitation of using equipment that consumes a lot of energy during peak hours.
“If there is more awareness of electricity consumption at home from 17:00 to 23:00, our energy system will be more stable. Everyone who follows this simple rule for peak hours helps the whole country,” added of the president.
Recall that since October 10, as a result of the attacks of the Russian invaders, 30% of the power plants in Ukraine were destroyed.
It was also reported that nearly 1,200 settlements were de-energized in Ukraine.
