On April 20, most internally displaced persons were registered in the Dnipropetrovsk, Lvov and Vinnitsa regions. This was announced by the Minister of Social Policy Marina Lazebnaya on the air of the telethon.
According to him, despite the huge queue for the registration of temporarily displaced persons and massive cyber attacks on the websites of social protection authorities, 1,661,000 IDPs have already been registered.
At the same time, 6,000 such applications were processed through Diya’s application, and another 70,000 requests were processed.
Lazebnaya stressed that so far all payments to society have been funded. There may be difficulties in paying pensions through Ukrposhta, because not all branches are working, but the issue can be resolved by contacting another branch, he explained.
“Payments in the occupied territories are impossible – they have to be released first,” the minister concluded.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution approving the procedures for the formation of housing funds for temporary residence, accounting and provision of such housing for the temporary residence of displaced persons and the purchase, construction of housing for the purpose of its transfer for temporary residence within the displaced persons.
